“First of all, I want to say a huge thank you — the organisation of the trip was made very easy, and everything was always prompt and communicative, which really helped everything run smoothly.

The festival is very well run in a beautiful location. Everything ran perfectly on time and there was a great, supportive atmosphere throughout.

Our choir had an absolutely amazing time — they learned so much from watching others and made plenty of new friends in other choirs as well.

Our hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance of the main venue and close to the metro and main square. The rooms were comfortable and ready for us on arrival, even though we arrived early.

“We just wanted to write to thank you, and all your team for organising such a wonderful and stress free trip to Rome for us in November.

From the minute we made enquiries your help and advice was invaluable and you made what seemed like an arduous task to us, seem so effortless.
The hotel we stayed in – the Michaelangelo Star Hotel – was simply marvellous. The staff were so kind, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, the food delicious. But what we loved about it most was that within in about five to seven minutes walk we were at the Vatican.
The flights, the bus transfers to and from the airport all ran smoothly and again all those we encountered through these services were kind, patient and had excellent English so our poor Italian wasn’t a barrier to communication!
We cannot thank you enough for organising such a wonderful trip for us in such an easy, affordable and efficient manner. It was a great experience to work with you on it from start to finish.

“The Killaloe Ballina Gospel Choir were looking for a festival location which would be friendly, sunny, good value for money and most of all have fantastic music! We contacted Choir Contact Ireland and asked them to source a non-competitive choral music festival in Europe. We discussed our requirements and were amazed by the value for money we received. With the help of Debbie we were able to have a four day half board trip to Barcelona for €400 including flight! As a result of the fantastic value for money it ended up that the majority of the choir attended the festival. Everyone was extremely impressed with the hotel rooms and food, the festival venues and events and the wonderful people we met. We must also note how beautiful the town of Calella was and how accessible all events were. We would have no hesitation in recommending Choir Contact Ireland due to the fact they take care of every detail and nothing is too much. We are already working together to organise our next trip in 2015.“

“Thank you so much for organising our tour to Vienna. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed every aspect of the trip. Everything was very well organised and all the aspects of a tour which are usually the most stressful, such as transport, were flawless. The hotel was above our expectations with excellent service and accommodations. Our guide Philipp became a good friend of the group and helped in all aspects of organisation. The places in which we sang were beautiful and we got to see a lot of the city on our guided tour and in our free time. The group meals provided by the tour were very well run and the group really bonded through the experience, which is of course the main aim of a choir tour. We’d definitely like to go on another similar tour once we’ve saved up a bit of cash, perhaps 2019. I’m very glad we used your organisation and would like to do so again.”

“On behalf of the LECHÉILE Choir I wish to thank you for your invaluable assistance and patience in helping to organise a memorable trip to Vienna and our inaugural European trip, as a choir. Thanks to the wonderful organisation of Choir Contact each action-packed day ran smoothly. Our first performance was in Rathaus where we sang to an appreciative audience and we continued then to a wonderful concert in the Orangerie in Schonnbrun. The following day we sang at Mass in the church of St Anna and consequently had the honour of being invited to sing the following morning at Mass in Stephanston Cathedral. To sing Mozart's Ave Verum in such a setting and in Vienna was magic. Entertaining the Christmas shoppers at the markets outside Schonnbrun as they sipped their mulled wine was a lovely experience. We shopped till we dropped afterwards! The final choral gathering in Rathaus was very special as I had the honour of conducting the combined gathering of all choirs that participated that weekend in Advent sing in Vienna. Thank you for making our trip such a success and so memorable. The staff in Hotel Reither were so welcoming and accommodating. Renewed thanks from the entire choir.

“Thank you for helping me to organise a great trip (to Verona). Everyone really enjoyed it, the accommodation was very good and the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Being awarded silver in the competition was, of course, an added bonus. Our courier for the trip was Miruska Dressel-Bujnicky and she was absolutely fantastic. She did everything she could to make the visit enjoyable for everyone; was very flexible regarding arrangements and yet ensured that we were always in the right place at the right time. When Miruska realised that many people were already very familiar with Verona, she arranged to substitute the walking tour with a trip to Lake Garda. Miruska was also very supportive of us during the competition, during the closing ceremony and for our visit to the Italian choir. I'd really appreciate if you could pass on these comments to Choir International, she really is a treasure. The host choir put on a great night for us and if the bus hadn't been waiting for us at the end of the night, I don't think most of our choir would have got home until Monday.

Thank you again for all the hard work you put into making the trip a success and I will certainly be recommending to the choir that we use you again when we plan our next trip abroad. “
