Organised by MRF Music Festivals, choirs have the opportunity to perform in both an individual festival concert and a joint concert alongside international ensembles. With a balanced schedule of performances and free time, choirs can enjoy the rich culture, architecture and atmosphere of Barcelona and its surrounding region.

Tour Manager
A CCI Tour Manager will be assigned to you for the duration of your booking, to assist in the pre-departure preparations and to assist with any issues during your stay.

Choirs usually make their way around the city with the local guide via public transport (metro or bus). However, we can arrange private coach transportation for your group as required.

Day 1 - Arrival in Barcelona
Arrive in Barcelona and meet your local English-speaking guide.
Transfer to your hotel in Barcelona and check in.
Enjoy free time to relax, explore the local area or take a stroll along the coast.

Participate in the festival parade and the concert of all ensembles, performing 1–2 pieces alongside choirs from around the world.
Later, attend a festival concert and enjoy performances from other participating choirs.

Take part in your scheduled rehearsal ahead of your performance.
Participate in the official festival concert, presenting your choir’s programme.
