Choirs usually make their way around the city with the local guide via public transport. However, we can arrange private coach transportation for your group as required.

Day 1 - Arrival & Festival Opening
Arrive in Italy and meet your local English-speaking guide.
Transfer to your hotel in Montecatini Terme and check in.
Meet your local festival assistant for a welcome briefing.

Evening: Participate in the torchlight parade to the Spa Garden Tettuccio, followed by the official welcome and opening concert featuring musicians from the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.

Optional excursions to Lucca or Pisa, with guided tours available on request.

Participation in further performances or excursions, including Florence or local Tuscan towns.
Opportunity to take part in masterclasses, rehearsals or joint singing activities.
Evening: Closing ceremony and farewell dinner with all participating choirs.
Final joint performance of the farewell piece with all ensembles.

Check out and transfer to the airport for return flights home.
