Antwerp, the largest city in Flanders has a rich cultural past. The port which is still the fourth largest in the world, brought precious goods, artwork, spices and people to Antwerp for centuries. Here you can walk in the tracks of the old masters, such as painters Peter Paul Rubens, Antonius van Dyke and Pieter Breughel. Today the city along the Scheldt River is a modern and pulsating metropolis and a center of contemporary art, of fashion designers and of world-class music events.

Thursday – Arrival day
Arrive in Antwerp, the city along the Scheldt River.
Meet your local assistant at the hotel and check-in. Optional dinner at the hotel or at a restaurant near the hotel.
Friday – City sightseeing
Enjoy a guided city walking tour through the Old Town of Antwerp in the morning. Optional spontaneous choir performances are possible during the city tour at the Garden of the Rubens House, on the square in front of the St. Carolus Borromeus Church or on the square in front of the Town Hall.
In the afternoon optional performance in a local Senior Citizens Home in Antwerp.
Spend a free evening on your own or optional dinner at a typical restaurant.
Saturday – Guides day excursion to Bruges
Depart for a guided excursion to the Hanseatic city of Bruges in the morning. During a walking tour you will explore the Old Town of Bruges that has been included on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage sites. You will get the most beautiful impression during a boat ride through the romantic canals of the city, past Gothic town houses and magnificent churches (bookable for a supplement). Visit the most beautiful and most important Beguinage of Europe and the Church of Our Lady, where, among other things, you can view the famous “Madonna with the Child” by Michelangelo.
Return to Antwerp in the late afternoon.
Optional dinner at a typical restaurant in the Old Town.
Sunday - Departure
Breakfast at your hotel and check-out.
Opportunity to sing during the morning church service at a local church in Antwerp
Depart Antwerp and return for home.
Upon request we can arrange the visit of brewery including beer sample or the visit of a chocolatier/chocolate museum including a sample or a friendship concert with a local host choir (additional costs) or a concert during a church service.
Extend your music group trip
Extend your stay and choose an additional excursion in the surrounding area such as a tour to Ghent or Brussels
